L.K. Bennett end of lines and Grade A returns: They are brand new and unworn but the leather/outer material might be very slightly scuffed. This is because they have been through the returns process from store to returns distribution centre to repurchaser to me. No major damage or defects. Just a brush (for suede or hide) or some shoe polish (for leather uppers) or a wipe down (for synthetic uppers) will make them pristine and good to go!
